Does anyone know the answer to this? I'm near the white slip maximum pickup, but would like to buy a 4 day with my bank days. Does this make more room for white slipping?

Mike,

Think my friend, think...you are going about it wrong. Never whiteslip above the greenslip trigger (75 hrs), never. Only greenslip above that. Also, use your payback days to drop your highest time trip in November to get paid for it.

Scambo, Unlike summer I am too junior to get a good whiteslip let alone a greenslip. With baby on the way, I'm just trying to maximize what I can. If anyone knows the answer to my question it would be appreciated.

scambo,
I've enjoyed your posts on maximizing pay; Denny Crane also appears to be wizard at it (yeah, I'm bringing 'wizard' back, you read it here first...).

Here's the problem; I'm bottom lineholderish, and I like to drop a trip or so each month. Now, how do I get a payback day? Serious here, let's say I work my whole 75 hours they give me, how do I get one of these magical beans that allow so much other goodness to occur if used right?
Thx!

The only way to get payback days is to greenslip on your x days. To get its maximum benefit, it has to not be useable on your current month, but become banked and show up on your time card.

To answer mikes question, look at your pickup limit. That will tell you how much time you can whiteslip. There is no other metric. Also, you can't exceed 100 hrs in a 28 day look back.

Ps, Roadkill, I prefer the title csar, but since the king has recently knighted one, wizard will do. Just realize that both Denny and Alan seem to be better wizards than me.

One more thing Mike, you can't get a greenslip if you whiteslip... Plenty of junior guys get greens. Dtw 777b has a junior guy on G2 right now.

I believe you have to greenslips on reserve.

Either green slip or be inverse assigned...

I do see the "pickup limit", however my wonder is if the "pickup limit" will change if I buy one of my trips.
