Cog,

My head exploded, we are still cleaning the walls. IMO, there a far smarter guys than me on this topic, but IMO again, if you are gonna have surgery, DPMP let's you choose the best doctor in the country to do it and covers it after the deductible. Higher premiums are a small price to pay for that...

Thanks Scambo, I've been emailing with Mark Shanahan(Union R&I chief) and he sent me a good comparison. DPMP and Gold HRA are pretty close. There is about a $1000 diff in higher premiums with DPMP but OOP is about $2000 less for DPMP. Just gotta figure what a surgery would do to my OOP.

Ok the AE is now closed. Any body want to bet how far the NYC 717 Captain goes this bid? Last bid came within 90 numbers of an 07 hire. Any bets how far into the 07 hires it goes this time? Lowest 07 hire number is 10066. I say it goes to 10200-10300 range.

I need pants. I have heard Kohl's, but I went there today and couldn't find anything. Any suggestions?

M&H (or M& something) next to the Irish Bar just off Virginia AVE in ATL. I'm sure they'll ship. I just got a nice pair, dry clean only type, and they were around $60. Much better quality then MENS Wherehouse where I got my current ones and at a better price.

Anyone have thoughts on MetLife Comprehensive dental vs. DPMP dental? No existing problems, just looking for two cleanings per year per person.

(Using TriCare for medical)

2 cleanings a year is the basic dental. Oral surgery, braces, etc is the comprehensive. DPMP dental and comprehensive are identical.

All y'all are bigger procrastinators on this insurance than me. However, I still gotta do quarterly CQ.

You mean the lowest Pre South NH is at 10066. I am in the 10800+ range and was a 07 Pre North guy.
Not *****ing...just saying that is not entirely correct.
And I am happy to be here, happy we merged and all that Cumbaya!

I hope it NY 717A comes down to me!!!

Whatever it goes to, definitely junior to 10k, there will be some commuters who sold the next 2 years of their life for pain.

I'll be the pessimist and say it doesn't break 10k. :)

No. Different deductibles/max-OOP for in-network and out of network. Works like 2 different insurance policies. There is a lot of bad gouge going around here on med plans. Lets all watch the webinar and come back with better intel.
