So my toddler was watching this today. He was enthralled. I
started watching at about 1:42, and I, too, became enthralled.

She's the Super Bowl halftime entertainment. Maybe another Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction? Watching NY give the game back to Dallas. Can't believe the ref said the receiver flopped!!

As I remember, there was a big dust-up about airing that segment originally. (No Mupppets were injured during filming)

Does anyone have any experience with the DPMP. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to pick our insurance for next year. I know the premium is higher, however if you have any significant event (like a surgery) it looks like you come out ahead because of the deductable and co-insurance max out of pocket.

You sure about that? I thought I remembered late 96/early 97 hires getting 88A bids in spring/summer 2001? And I know for a fact that a few early 2000 hires got 88A bids around 2005/6 because I could have held it and a guy in my class actually bid it.

Scoop

That would be correct. There were 96/97 hires getting NYC88A starting with bids in the fall of 2000.

I have to wonder how many of these guys (NFL) really are hooked on pain killers. I know there's a huge problem with addiction to oxycodone in the general public.

Who needs pain killers more than NFL players?

Why wouldn't they also be addicted?

If you "need" painkillers, meaning you have pain requiring relief that something like OC provides and only take it in such instances, you won't become addicted. Painkiller addiction develops when the body gets such drugs without being in a state of pain.

Newby question.

Have four days of reserve starting Thanksgiving day. Would prefer to not hang round the crash pad, what's the best way to ensure I fly? Drop a yellow slip? Or just assume I'm going to fly cause its Turkey day and I have supreme juniority?

Speaking of yellow slips, not an easily understandable thing.
