Can military charters exceed your max pick up time. Or do they fall under white slip pick up rules?? Thanx
The only awards that apply to "Max Pickup" are white slips. ALV + 15. It makes no difference whether it's a military charter or regular trip. |
So is the goal in bold below?
Jamie Baker - JP Morgan First question as the labor drama played out in recent months at American Airlines, I’m curious if there’s been any impact or sort of change in the tone of dialog between Delta management and its pilots? Does it remain a goal to try and settle before the amendable date and how confident are you that even with new economics you can succeed in keeping the consolidated ex fuel CASM under 2%? Richard H. Anderson - Chief Executive Officer I think the answer to the first question is no change in our great relationship. We have made a commitment with our pilots to finish on time or ahead of schedule and we’re confident we’re going to be able to maintain our cost structure over the long term. |
Ftrooppilot,
Suffield Academy, next to Bradley airport is where Belichik's son goes to school and plays football. Dad comes and watches--intimidating! GF |
Has anyone had problems with their surface not charging? I'm at a hotel and the charger is not working on any outlet but all of those same outlets are working and can run my phone charger and computer charger.
I rebooted. This thing has been babied and free from water or any damage. So googling this but otherwise will have to fly without it tomorrow. |

I've also realized that .. 1) It's an incredibly slow machine, and 2) If you let it "sleep" overnight without shutting it down the batteries will be depleted. |

I haven't had that issue but mine seems riddled with other issues...... To me it seems like a typical Microsoft product as it just doesn't quite "cut the mustard". I really hope they get these things running more reliable plus give us some useful functionality beyond paper replacement.

Is the charging plug set in the Surface correctly? Seems like if it's not just so, it looks like it's secure but isn't.
It's down to 30% and I have a lot of flying starting early. I guess it'll be back to paper charts. These rests online have a lot to do with wiping the thing out which isn't an option. |

It's not the charger or the outlet. 2) its easy to misinterpret the battery status. The tablet charges "separately" from the keyboard. They charge one at a time up to certain percentages. At first glance it might say "plugged in not charging" for one of the two components but the other one is charging. Make sure you click on the battery status icon in the system tray at the bottom of the screen and see if one of them is charging. |
FTB, sounds like the charger is bad. Try your CA's charger.
