Actually that was my first landing on IOE.

Yep, and if crude goes up the plan will change again.

We need lift to replace this too......

With the added flying in summer 2010 I do not see a furlough as possible or probable.

The exact quote is we are much closer to hiring than furloughing. Quite noncommittal. We may have a need for new pilots shortly, but the decision has not been made. I would state that we are no longer in a position that we could expect pink slips. Also, I would not be shocked to see an official announcement about accepting applications and or interviewing in the future. (3-9months)
