Simple hypothesis, many pilots feel that if Delta pays us what they can afford, we will kill the goose that laid the golden egg. And two, if we get "restored" the rest of the employees will demand more.

Let RA worry about what he can afford and let the rest of the employees organize and stop riding our coat tails.
