Technically, yes, same report time, but what I always do is call my IP a day or two prior, coordinate a later, more realistic, show time. Nobody needs to brief for 90 minutes for a recency ride.

He may ask you if you are flying a lot but not getting any landings (greedy captain tools!) or sitting reserve -not- flying a lot. The non-flying guys will usually get more time in the box, but it's all training, not evaluating.

Scheduling question: For line construction, we need 12 hours between rotations. Is that 12 hours from block-in to report...or from check-out (block-in + 30 minutes) to report?

Not a contract rocket surgeon, but I believe its 12:30 block to check in (which I believe is check out to check in).
