How can I ask PBS to award either 1 of those but not both
When you put in that you want pairing number departing on date 25/26 you list both and
then at the bottom of the page you can select limit and then put 1 at least on the web version.

Award pairings if paring number is xxxx and departs on xx/xx

There are two separate preference boxes you have to click to do this.

You can put all that on one line, and put 'Limit 1' on the same line if you only want one of them.

Dudes,
What is a "Q" trip in open time? (I assume it stands for qualified but don't really understand the meaning) and can anyone fly those? There are 3 of them that start on xmas day. There is no "help" tab for open time. Thanks

You are correct in that Q means Qualified. The Qualification is, the guy who has the trip wants to drop it, but the system won't allow the drop, due to not enough reserves on those days, but if someone wants to pick it up, fine, it'll drop off his line, but if nobody picks it up, he's still got to fly it.

So the 'qualification' would be, you can't drop it unless someone wants to pick it up. If you want to pick it up, you have to stay below the max pick up rules of ALV plus 15.

Those Q trips should also be listed on the pilot to pilot swap board, because there are no max pick up time limits when picking up at trip off the 'swap board', as there are with the 'Open Time' white slip rules.

Public Service Announcement:

Right now (9pm east) CNN is running a show for lonely guys on how to meet women. You know who you are, so tune in!

AND... more importantly, Yuengling has come out with an IPL beer!

India Pale Lager (not Ale, but almost as good) for only $6.49 a 6 pack!

You can't have one without the other, so get busy!

Can't you order them on the internet now? One of those cool apps? Swipe left or right? Isn't that what the cool kids do now? I mean they don't ask them out on a date do they?

That's so eighties.
