I always wondered what would replace the 747 in the commercials, A330 won.
Just proves how much RA hates the 777.

It's definitely more of a challenge, like hunting rhinos with a spear, but when you bag a transatlantic seat in first class...

At ASA/XJT it cost us $150 for my wife and myself for the year for S3C Priority. Unlimited Domestic travel and 3 "Oceanic" roundtrips per pass year after which it's taxes plus $150 each leg per person. Not a bad deal at all for us if you can get on. We also have United benefits and they pale in comparison to DL. UA is now $200 per passrider and you have to pay an upgrade fee to sit in first among other negatives. DL has, what I would consider of all legacies, the best non-rev benefits by a mile.

I think its long over due we get preference on flights. Active pilots should get unlimited S2 and 6 S1 per year. Pilots only. Pilot retirees should get unlimited S2B and 6 S2.

Tax time, for domestic pilots that use Flightline's easybid or Prodiem -- did you find it was pretty much a wash between cost of the service and money you saved on your taxes? My laziness only slightly overcomes my dislike of sending the government money. If I'm going to spend $50 to save $55 then I'll probably just donate that extra $5 to my Uncle Sam.

Spend the $50 fps. It will save you plenty, provide a logbook, and keep you sleeping at night if you are audited.

***scratchy radio sound******* Hello GI, Tokyo Rose back again with bad news for all you NRT fly boys, your sweethearts in Japan will miss you when you leave our homeland for good. It's been swell having you here for the last 70 years, but now it's time for you to set sail back to Hollywood. The Emperor has won the last glorious battle to rid our island of the Yankee conquerors and their noisy Boeings. So GI, drink up that last Sapporo, finish your gyoza, and don't forget to pick up your laundry... Sayonara, Lootellan!!
