Default Domicile layover?

Weird one... I just noticed that due to marketing changes I have a 30 hour layover in my domicile which has no hotel scheduled. Should there be a hotel provided, or am I on my own?

Thanks for any info...

Call crew accommodations, and they'll take care of you.
You'll need your rotation number.

Hey guys, I'm 73n ATL

Do short call guys always get called? I've usually yellow slipped for specific trips and have not sat short call yet. I'm gonna be in Atl anyway so I thought I might put in a short call yellow slip. Any thoughts?

Are you a line holder or reserve? IIRC, only line holders get a hotel during domicile layovers.

If it's still the same rotation, you'd have to get a hotel, wouldn't you? If not, that's extremely heinous.

Reserves can't do domicile layovers. Are required to get released and rest of trip has to go through open time process.

Correct. If you are reserve and they try and domicile layover you and not provide a hotel point out to them that the rotation is suppose to be broken up at that point and the remainder of the rotation should be available in open time. They used to try this all the time during IROPS, you would get stuck in base so they say ok pick it up tomorrow you are on your own. Not so fast.

I'm a RES and just did one in LGA. Part of the rotation.
