PS

Met "The Manager" on one of the commutes. Always great to meet and chat with an APC bubba.

So here's a little tidbit that some may not know. If you're a reserve pilot, but doing a GS on your PB/XX days you are still obligated to check your schedule within 30 minutes of landing after your last leg. Glad I knew that rule since our ship's ACARS was out last night and my phone's voicemail went TU. I decided just to be safe and check my schedule and sure enough I had been RR'd into an overnight (glad I thought to bring a shaving kit since I was originally on a 1-day 2-leg GS). In addition, while regular pilots cannot be RR'd after their last leg into their home base, reserve pilots can -- even if you're on a GS on your XX/PB day! I always suspected that was the case but never experienced it 1st hand.

Well, as you know, to be as lazy as me...................you have to live in base! My days of getting green slips with any consistency are long over. Don't remember the last one I got, sometime last summer maybe?

I've seen several GS on the 73N lately with notes indicating they equipment subbed from the 717 because of lack of crews.

Good to see the $hit rolling uphill.

This is not our problem.

No kidding. I've got a dozen or so IA calls in the last three days with up to 10 rotations on the call. Today I cut some hay, built a clay thrower, went to a birthday party, and shot some 9mm. Oh, and caught some shellcrackers in my own pond. Tomorrow I'll shoot some clays, more 9mm, watch the Man U v Leicester City match, then pack up the wife and dog and drive home.

Not once will I be available for premium pay...

I have the same issue on Apple using safari. When I use chrome on the same apple device the link works fine.
