Is it 20 minutes from block-in or from the time we reach curbside?
They are supposed to be there. The wait time is for the occasional traffic issue. Not for every arrival.

That's what I figured but wanted to make sure. My previous carrier was 30 minutes from block-in so thanks for the clarification.

If you go on airbus website somewhere it has a 350 delivery schedule. The last thing it said for our first one was parts arrived on assembly line, it looks like June-July delivery

We were supposed to get 5 this year but it shows our 5th aircraft as number 164. They delivered 39 in 2016 and are hoping for 80 in 2017. Seems like we will be lucky to get 2 or 3 next year.
With Firefox I get stuck at Self Service "server not found".
Safari gets me a little farther, My W2 gets "can't open"
Delta IT strikes again. Who thought anyone would use a Mac?
Found this site but not very encouraging. http://www.abcdlist.nl/a350f/a350f.html

Have you tried clearing you cache/cookies? FWIW, I've had no problem viewing my W2 on two of my MACs, one is an 2009 Macbook Pro running El Capitan and the other is a 2016 Pro running Sierra. I use Safari on both.
That happens to me on my Mac every so often - TravelNet, self-service, all of them won't load. What I do is open a New Private browsing window and log into DeltaNet again, then I can get to whatever Deltanet site it sends me to.

There's a cab line downstairs. Plenty of them. This is just a captain's excuse to avoid the hassle of paying for a cab and getting reimbursed. There is a fax machine in every crew room to submit cab receipts. It is a very straight forward and easy process. Take the cab. I find myself in the tough spot of leaving my captain or breaking the contractual maximim of waiting more than 20 minutes for a cab too often. I don't want to wreck CRM for our future flights so I'm always torn whether I should get a can when my captain doesn't want to. You would think we would be on the same page, but most captains look at taking a cab as an absolute last resort.
