I just spent 45 minutes on the Lot 10 bus last night in absolute gridlock -- to be followed by a fender-bender -- to be followed by every passenger getting out and walking through the gridlock to Terminal C.

Good times.

Did you get yours in the mail or can you go on Deltanet and find it?

DeltaNet, but you had to consent to electronic delivery. Not sure if you still can, go to HR/Self-Service/My Money/View W-2 Forms

Last I saw was 1000 officially approved with slightly higher more likely. 750 seems low, although maybe that's 750 more beyond the current CJO's/poolies/etc.

There's a cab line downstairs. Plenty of them. This is just a captain's excuse to avoid the hassle of paying for a cab and getting reimbursed. There is a fax machine in every crew room to submit cab receipts. It is a very straight forward and easy process. Take the cab. I find myself in the tough spot of leaving my captain or breaking the contractual maximim of waiting more than 20 minutes for a cab too often. I don't want to wreck CRM for our future flights so I'm always torn whether I should get a can when my captain doesn't want to. You would think we would be on the same page, but most captains look at taking a cab as an absolute last resort.

Tell them you'll pay for it and do the reimbursement. They'll probably jump all over that....

Probably the number is in question because Airbus can't figure out how to build the A350. Delivery schedule is still a unknown.

I agree with that. After 20 minutes I make the suggestion of the cab. If they don't bite I wait till 30 minutes. Re suggest it. If they still don't bite I tell them that we only have to wait 20 then take a cab. Things won't get fixed if we don't make the wheel squeak. See you tomorrow morning CA.

FCR'S are great but increased costs get fixed much quicker.
