I start with one of the hand towels...easier to test their equipment on their fabrics.

Agreed. Wet washcloth is even better. That way, once the steam starts, it's already de-gunked.

Default Travelnet?

Is it just me or is anyone else currently having trouble getting the travel net webpage to load? I've tried on 2 different devices, both "unable to reach server".

Nevermind. Got on with Chrome. Safari couldn't do it.

The reason they are often gunked up is flight attendants taking meals off the aircraft and heating them on the irons.

Within the last year somebody had posted a document or perhaps it was ALPA that provided a .ppt that showed what % of a ticket's cost was pilot salaries. I can't find that document now, can anybody help out?

We are 10 to 12% of the cost to produce a seat. Slightly less when you add in profit margin.

Is that 10-12% pilots only, or does it include all flight crew?
