The fastest way to get that resolved is to talk to a scheduling supervisor. If that doesn't resolve it, then call Dalpa. If it says closed, I would call them ASAP.

Rant of the day.. My third commute this month where I had the jump seat booked and another pilot tries to coerce the gate agent to have me take the flight attendant jump seat. I know how commuting goes , but pretty presumptuous considering it isn't reciprocal ....

Is booking the jumpseat a confirmed thing.. A guaranteed way to get to work?

I let the agent know I'll take the FA seat as a habit. Commuter Karma. When it doesn't bother you, it doesn't bother you.

You can book the jump 5 days out going to work and 3 going home. 1 day both ways if on your own time. First come first serve when the availability opens at noon.

Exactly, who cares.....get the most people on, regardless of who they work for. Regional guys get shafted to a greater extent then we do, might as well be nice and do the right thing.

I always will take the FA jumpseat. However, the said pilot should ask me ? I might not know there is another jump seater.

No guarantees. You could be bumped by someone with a higher priority (FAA, working LCA ...)
