I think the Reserve Spreadsheet calculation should of looked like this:

The 20:32 you are getting credit for goes towards reserve guarantee, and reduces your days on, but doesn't change what the guarantee pay is, I believe.

Is there an update available to the spreadsheet that accounts for the increased value of vacation starting in April?

Was the base question ever answered?

I don't see how PIC has anything to do with an AE award. Now, for ex-mil with no previous 121 experience I could see an issue with the 1000 hours of co-pilot time being an issue. I didn't meet that benchmark at the 13 month point. That said, the company would have that information so again, I wonder why he got the call.

I tried to replicate your problem. The interface was 100% new and there was no drop-down for my own airline. On the left side the web site lists my name with "Delta Air Lines" directly underneath, so it already knows.

I don't go direct. Go to Travelnet, Leisure Travel, and select interline travel from the drop-down.

Go to this website directly: myidtravel.com/myidlisting. Nothing has changed to list for AA/JetBlue jumpseat on this website.
