Can anyone tell me how to update my passport info in icrew? I thought we could just go in and change the passport number and expiration date but that didn't work.

For my medical it tells me which email address to fax it to but not for the passport. Should I use the same one?

I'm fairly certain that passports are such a big deal that they have to be input by a chief pilot or somesuch.

Call the Pilot support center, or the CPO during the work week. they'll update it for you. To get reimbursed, just add it as an expense on your most recent complete rotation. It's on dlnet under administration - passports.

Thanks, I'll do that tomorrow....errr, it is a holiday, maybe Tuesday.

As far as expense, I used CIBT so I didn't have any expenses, other than a $2.00 passport photo..

The Sockwell Elevation is an awesome compression sock. Same price at Amazon & Crew Outfitters in the ATL lounge. $25/pair, but works good/lasts long time.

Redwing black merrino wool socks. Cost $16 a pair, comfortable, warm, breathable, strong elastic, and last long time.

Calling the PSC is definitely optimum. I even walked into the physical location, albeit in weird hours, and handed them my new passport and chinese visa. It didn't show up in iCrew. I called up a few days later and got Baker, who is the king of all things Delta. Fixed right away...

I just went into the CPO the next time I was at work and showed it to one of the ladies up front. She put the new number and expiration date into the computer and it was there when I checked on a computer in the lounge.
