I think it is a fair gesture to raise Endeavor above retirees. I don't, however agree with them going ahead of active parents.

I was once in a position to help a retiree get on a flight by taking the jumpseat but after hearing him complain to his friend about the flight benefits of subsidiaries, do you think I did that? No. Am I a better person for it? No. Is this the type of environment that the sentiment that we at Endeavor don't deserve as much as mainline employees even though we fly 800+ Delta Connection flights a day to feed mainline? Yes.

Shadow period question. I managed to get a five day trip starting on last day of shadow period, which was then dropped. Which was nice. If I pick up something in that shadow does it pay over what I'm guaranteed for the dropped trip or am I flying for free?

I just saw a new status in trip coverage that is not listed in the help section: PSB
Obviously some sort of pot swap but not sure where the B is coming from.

Oddly enough, those people who think this is a good idea are trading a few years of convenience (where you'd be PS'd to work anyway if you followed the letter of the law) for an entire retirement's worth of nonrev travel priority. Talk about walking over a dollar to pick up a dime.
