I have used the fitness centers in ATL and DTW. I think some others are coming, I specifically heard about SEA and MSP but not do not know any details.

I asked about a gym in SLC and the possibility of it with new airport construction. Was told a resounding "NO".

MSP has two. A small one down the hall by the pilot lounge that's attended but I'm not sure if it has a shower facility. Also, there's a managed gym similar to the G.O. Fitness center. You have to take the employee shuttle to building C. Just ask the security guard on it's location. Very nice with full shower facilities.

Is an applied payback day (TOFF) pay and credit, or pay no credit?

Under the Fly Confirmed For Less vs. Even Less programs, do we get to pick our seats? Aside from the refundability are there major differences between the two?

Don't count on either of them being refundable. In my experience, neither was refundable. The only difference seemed to be a little bit of price, and the fact that you accrued miles with the more expensive one. Yes, it's like a real ticket that you can pick your seat. Not sure if you'll be restricted to the center and have to pay an upgrade for something else though.
