Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
I submitted almost this exact request via the “Smartsheet” form in the contact section of DLnet for Crew Reslurces two weeks ago, and have heard zip. Supposedly, that’s their preferred contact method, but I’ll try this.
I also submitted one about a totally different issue in October, and still hadn’t heard anything in January, so contacted the CPO. TheIr process is hard-broke from their version of VEOP, apparently. But still, 3 months with no reply is absurd.

Guys,
Planning on going skiing wondering about checking a bag when JS offline. Better to take the bag with me and gate check it, or stop by the ticket counter before going into the airport and check it? It is a rolling duffel maybe a little bigger than a standard rollerboard.I have never checked a bag while JS offline.
Any lessons learned by the hardcore road warriors out there?
Thanks Scoop

Anyone ship skis with the FedEx discount? Curious how expensive?
Technically the FedEx discount rate is "space available". It's a fantastic $$$ deal.
Never had a problem though.

Other than the blackout, I've shipped stuff and LOVE the discount! Walk in with a 'bookbox' size box that weighs 9-10 lbs (clothes and presents) and walk out with a tracking number for $10-$15.

Check close to the end of Dec on blackout dates. Some years they won't guarantee delivery after the 18, 19, 20th. I don't know how it's determined and it may be a local policy.
