You most definitely do. It's usually quite a significant amount! One of the good things we have in our PWA.

Profit sharing is also included in FAE calculations for disability.

Except it’s not FAE. Isn’t it highest string of 12 months in the last 36?

Yeah, and you can’t have a string of 12 consecutive months without February falling in there somewhere. So the profit sharing would be included.

You bet. My point was that the legacy term Final Average Earnings is no longer relevant.

Don't have PWA handy, but I really thought it was highest 12 in last 36.

All of the disability documents refer to "Final Average Earnings," which is defined as:

Final Average Earnings is the monthly average of your highest 12 consecutive months of normal Earnings out of the last 36 months while you are on Active Payroll Status (including Accident and Sick Leave and vacation).

Highest consecutive 12.

IMO its good but needs some adjustments.

The floor should be raised considerably at the expense of the few "good deals" like million dollar one off pilots punching out and getting 500K til 65. That's just dumb. Meanwhile a NH who got severe cancer gets half of training pay til 65. That's not right and no amount of "good deal" contract ninja fantasies can rationalize that.

How's staffing looking in everyone's category? NYC73NA has 6 pilots awarded reserve, and 5 of them have vacation. Should be a lucrative March
