Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

The CP is a cheerleader from the company. I don't say that to degrade them, but that's their job. Keep the spirits up. Paint the company in a positive light. Things are looking up. That's part of the job of the CP, and they are good at it. I feel better about our future everytime I talk to one of them. But then reality sets in and I realize the CPs project best case scenarios, not always the actual future.

I've been a Florida fan since the mid 80's, when they were a running school-- Neil Anderson, Emmit Smith-- thus my adversion to the 'Noles.

Before that, Nebraska was, and still is, my team. Mike Rozier, Irving Fryar, Turner Gill.

But, you are right, it's all good and Bobby Bowden is a class act. I think he got shafted. Maybe he should put a call into Leon. :D

Wow, we dodged a bullet there. In all fairness to Continental, that very easily could have been Delta he was complaining about.
