Can someone tell me how to request to move an x-day to another day. I believe you submit a yellow slip but can't seem to find the right option. Thanks

icrew - hit OK through all of those warnings, bulletins and blah blah stuff ;) - PCS - leave request - move reserve off days (bottom option) - add/update leave request - and then here comes the hard part.
Under the first and second Dd, put the day(s) range you have OFF now and want to move your reserve day(s) to. Then under the third and fourth Dd put the day(s) you want off. For instance, I'm working the 26th and want it off. I'm off on the 21st, so what I want is to be off on the 26th and work on the 21st, so I put in there: Dd Dd Dd Dd 21 21 26 26 So hopefully, I get the 26th off in exchange for working the 21st. Now, if I'm working 25-26th and want that off and I have the 20-21st off and would like to exchange the two ranges, then I put: Dd Dd Dd Dd 20 21 25 26 So hopefully, I get the 25-26th off but now I get to work 20-21st. I hope that makes sense. Hit OK and wait, if coverage won't allow it then you just have to hope coverage changes if it will allow it then it could still be a day or two before its addressed or it could be addressed at the next window. At least in my experience I've seen both. |
