I'm surprised Delta lets other airline management choose their pilots. My guess is that if anyone has a problem meeting minimums, it might be Mesaba and then I'm only guessing based on the fact that while they were being whipsawed around the portfolio by management they had some pretty dark days and were rarely anyone's first choice for a place to work. For the most part the DCI guys are doing very similar flying to what the junior pilots on narrow body equipment at perform and in many cases, it is the exact same flying.

In a better world, Delta would hire Delta pilots to perform Delta flying.

To the extent that we recover that flying and the pilots who perform it, you are very welcome on the team.

Does anyone know when the SLC-MSP swap is going to begin? I'm wondering how long I have to find a MSP crashpad.

You are able to bid into a "new or re-established" category regardless of your freeze status. Check out "Category Freeze" in Section 2 Definitions for
the details. I'm not sure if they will add your existing freeze to the new one, as would be the case if you break a freeze for your first captain upgrade.

Admittedly, they must be football players because they can't add (11 teams) but the game has for the most part passed (pun intended) them by. Props to both Sweater boy and Joe Pa for good wins but come on. Play into Dec and find some speed!

What is up with the vacation allotments? The weeks available are set up so it will be almost impossible to get more than two weeks off in a row. Are all the different a/c alloted like this, or is this just and A320 issue?

LOL, those came up in my search for Texas Coeds and what can i say, I was impressed with what i saw. He's great on the field and she's probably great off of the field ;)
