What's the deal with Manual Services? I start training in a week, requested my manuals via DeltaNet back on the 3rd, and haven't heard anything. Multiple e-mails and phone calls (always get the voicemail) have yielded no replies. And yet a buddy of mine who starts training the week after me requested his manuals a couple of days after I did, and already had them delivered to his house. Great customer service!
I'm beginning to think I'll be heading to training (in Minneapolis) with no manuals. |

I'm beginning to think I'll be heading to training (in Minneapolis) with no manuals. I know if many ppl who have done the ESV without manuals. The response is that all required material is on the DALnet. As soon as you get a projected training I would put in for your manuals and pubs. If all else fails come to ATL and show up at the window. I have been told they do not have a given document and then drive up there and ask for it. Low and behold there is a stack of them sitting 20 feet from the window. That said, they are overworked and need about five more ppl in there. |
