I know if many ppl who have done the ESV without manuals. The response is that all required material is on the DALnet.
As soon as you get a projected training I would put in for your manuals and pubs. If all else fails come to ATL and show up at the window. I have been told they do not have a given document and then drive up there and ask for it. Low and behold there is a stack of them sitting 20 feet from the window.

That said, they are overworked and need about five more ppl in there.

Don't have time to make it down to ATL even if I wanted to. Leave for my last DC-9 trip tomorrow, one day off, then leave for training in Minneapolis. It's a 6-day short requal back onto the 320, with OE a day later, so I kind of need the Vol I, conversion kit, etc.

Guess I'll keep up the phone call barrage. They have to answer at some point.

What's the deal with Manual Services? I start training in a week, requested my manuals via DeltaNet back on the 3rd, and haven't heard anything. Multiple e-mails and phone calls (always get the voicemail) have yielded no replies. And yet a buddy of mine who starts training the week after me requested his manuals a couple of days after I did, and already had them delivered to his house. Great customer service!

I'm beginning to think I'll be heading to training (in Minneapolis) with no manuals.

If you need I can download the old Nwa manuals and email the to you.

I had the same problem. I called, ordered on line.... then the Friday before training, UPS delivered two set to my door, ended up not starting class after all. I wonder if i got docked $30?
