I think we bid for what we could hold on the 320 so we will keep it.

Former NWA guys...how long is the 320 school? What is the basic flow of training?

5 days of systems, 4 or so procedures trainers, & I think it was 5 or 6 sims. It's been over a year since I've done it so I am probably wrong. Basically it was Monday through Friday, and I started October 15th and was on the line November 22nd. So including OE(a 26 hour 5 day) it was a little over a month long.

I imagine it's close to the same now, but I'm not sure. I'm getting the short requal which is only 6 days!

It does. But I'm in the bottom 1% of EVERYTHING, & it's the airplane I want so it's no biggie. ;) :)

I know. What gives? I've been here over two years already and am still a reserve F/O. I was a jet captain at a regional in about a year and a half. I'm ready for Airbus captain already. (joke) This seniority stuff takes a lot of time to get at the majors. Can we speed up the process?

the basics are 5 days of classrooms/with some fixed based systems instruction. SV on day 5. week two is procedures training followed by a PV, week three simulators culminating with the MV, week four it all L-prep to finish off with the LOE/spots.

Clear as mud? PM if you need anymore specific advice.
