Hey tsquare, did you hear that the Vols head coach is leaving for USC? Who do you think will come in to replace him? Just came up on espn btw as breaking news.

The good news is that these are age 65 numbers. Most guys I talk to plan on punching out at 63. So subtract 2 years.:D:D

Add 2000 pilots and you will get to 50% sooner :D

So......Is it better to have 2000 guys retire or 2000 new hires below you? I would rather both happen at the same time, but thats just me!!!!
