Well I am sitting here in NRT reading The daily Yomiuri paper. They have a large article on the DAL/JAL tie-up. They are stating that the partner is chosen and DAL is it.......

Should be there about 1300 (Tokyo time) or so to make an announcement. (Just a guess)
