The new hire minimum pay for all DCI FOs should be $54/hr and topping out in the mid $70s and not starting at $23/hr and toping out in the low $40s/hr. Captain pay on the CRJ900s should begin just shy of $103/hr and topping out at $112 and not starting in the low $60s and topping off 18 years later at $100ish. 50 seaters ought to be the same as the 76 seaters. They're all airplanes, they all take up the same amount of gate space, they all require 3 miles seperation.

I personally want to see significant improvements in scope. However I am not willing to spend one nickle of DALPA's "pot" to increase the wage rates at DCI carriers.

A north guy coined the phrase NEVER EVER REAL DELTA.....NERD. I thought (and hoped) the term died but has since been resurrected. Were one airline now. The merger is done. Lets concentrate on 2012 and improving anything we can until then. Let the term NERD die and Delta live.

Only heard pre-merger NWA guys call themselves that. Freaking hilarious in my opinion- although only in jest. If a guy is saying to to make a point to be disgruntled, I don't have much time for them. Wouldn't ever call any guy that to his face though.
