Great story!

Give a pilot a bag of money and he'll complain that its too heavy to carry around!

That's why god made investment advisers and ex-wives.

Bueller bueller? Anyone?

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious... that, and it was in closed session.

I think it is exactly about what the title states.

Probably yo-yoing out of Germany to Manas, Abu Dhabi etc and the contraction and rest associated with it. Just a guess though.

Excellent! Now anyone want to take a guess at what it could be? I'm all for new flying!!

I assume it was in closed session since there was not a final agreement and it the briefing was to provide direction.

Which begs the question, how long can a person survive on beer, malarone and crew meals?

Long live the underboob king.

All things in moderation :)

Hey Nu. How long before you stop trying to divide the pilot group into subgroups??? We're ALL Delta pilots now. And the MEC is functioning quite well, imo. There will always be disagreements as to the best course of action, but there is no disagreement as to what the ultimate goal is --- more pay, more time off.

Heyas PG,

Err, I thought I said that I support the direction of the MEC.

There are those, however, that don't like the new direction, and prefer the route of secrecy, "knowing what's best for the pilots" and "you'll have an opinion when I give it to you". Because, you know, "leadership is leading." Yup, God knows we need to find out about LOAs, MOUs and other deals AFTER they've been signed off on...gosh, what was I thinking?

Maybe it's about time you should tell them "to get on the train before it leaves the station." God knows we heard that one enough.

We're just getting to the point where we got this barge pointing the right direction. It took some effort.

And by the way, Unity is NOT unanimity, and to make omlettes, you break some eggs.
