Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Too funny! Even though my type rating says DC-9, I've never even touched the controls of one. Powering back is scary. I've only seen one DAL jet ever do it considering it is forbidden. We use tugs, my son. HA

I heard while deadheading on the bus that there is a new grievance to prevent South FAs from flying North a/c ala the bus in NY. Apparently South FAs will be flying the Rome and other trips on the 330. Heard this from a South AFA supporter.

The thing that gets me is that when I look at the guy (Or gal) next to me in the cockpit, I KNOW what they did to get in that seat....FA's...there is no requirements....for the most part.
