Anyway...........both trips require a 3rd pilot, but there is none on the DBMS. Will the 3rd guy be a reserve? The old nwa (yeah yeah I know) would put the 3rd guy on his own pattern (did it a couple of times, fun with lots of flexibility - I was the JAFA <----fa term for just another freek'en add).

So either I'm tired or I read too fast and inserted words for you but I swear I read "I just looked at my schedule for next month to see who or whom I slept with in HS english and I'm flying with them." Dirty Uncle Ferd. Its not enough that he knocks over the Christmas Tree and passes out drunk on the couch while our Aunt sobs in the kitchen but now he is flying with people he got to know in high school english. Ferd <--------product of a public education......and a real small school education at that. Milenda is a Delta captain, allllllllll rightttttttttttt:cool: |

The 3rd guy should have his own rotation. If you want to see who it is, look up your trip in DBMS by flt num. It will show you and the CA's rotation, then a separate rotation with the 3rd pilot who's flying it.

The problem is my reading skills are public education like. My HS started out with 525 students and graduated 180. WOHOO!
Heck Ferd I think you were at LFI when I was growing up in said lousy town. Home of the F-22... but just a lousy town to grow up in. |
Usually the guy flying gets to pick the break ie middle. Relief always gets first and PNF gets last. Did you do it differently ?

Jr FO took first break (unless the senior FO wanted it) capt took middle and then senior FO. A nice senior FO would reverse it going back.......but I never did:D If the capt wasn't PF then one FO got the takeoff and one FO got the landing. Ferd |

I got it to submit, but I think it will be denied. I just looked at the Pilot Reserve Levels for May, and the day I want is already under min coverage.:(
Any ideas on how I could get that day off? I would really like not work that day, but it is my last reserve day. You can try a personal drop but that won't work either for capped reserve days. Only other way is Authorized Personal Drop. Those work on capped days but you only get one per year. |
