There are too many reasons to enumerate why you might not get move such as 24 in 7, required min days on reserve etc. You are trying to change day off at the end of the month too and so you have to consider the beginning of next month too. That being said, if you don't try you surely won't get it!!!:)

PS. If you want to move just one day at a time, do the same as in my previous post but just list the day twice in a row. IE, 28apr then 28apr to 27apr then 27apr.

Ok so I'm trying to move some reserve days myself, and it won't let me enter a month. I get a cursor in the box, but it won't accept any characters. I can only enter the day under the Dd box. I tried to submit it with just the day, but I got an invalid date message. :confused:

But if I look at ATL M88 B, I'm going to say overstaffed. I requested SC this week and they didn't even give it and never called and I never got close with a raw <50.

I'm looking at some of the other categories, mostly 320, and Pilot Reserve Levels for May. I'm thinking most airplanes are properly staffed like my category. :(

But is that really wants going on out there? I thought the 320 rserve guys were working a lot.

Being the 5th-8th you currently have off and 22-25 you want off. In a way work backwards, the date(s) you want off second and the date(s) you're willing to give up and exchange.

Usually the month is already there. The only time you have to fill it in is the bid periods that contain more than one month.
ie = the feb bid period includes Jan 31 and Mar 01.

But RAW score has nothing to do with who gets short call.
That's only for trip assignments.

A better reflection of how much we are working would be our RAW scores. Go look at the reserve availability lists. Last month my RAW ended at 170. I was not even close to the highest. I saw a guy with over 180. I flew a 5 day at the end of March, had 1 day off and then flew a 4 day. I then had 1 day off and had another 5 days on. I got sick on the last day of my 4 day so I didn't fly the other 5.


The coverage for 320 B in DTW will be going black on most days soon. If you look, a lot of the blue days are only 1-2 bodies above required coverage.
