401K comes out of the advance check, end of month, if you are contributing more than DAL provides.
Are you saying that 401k ONLY gets paid with the end of month paycheck? Before I go digging, does anyone know where I can find this written? Thanks, |

Look at your 401K on fidelity. The company contributes on the 15th. Any contributions that you personally contribute are taken out of your pay on the 15th and 30/31. Man, I'm AFU today!

I was in your new hire class as a recallee.....I saw a little of that....it was NOT that way when I was hired. I am 99.9% confident that a new-hire class prior to yours must have acted like children so they attitudes changed.
He is a nice guy, but I just thought he was trying to hard to sell us on Delta ... or was trying to hard in talking up Delta. We were already on property, no need to do that. |

You bring up a good point. And to be fair, I did hear some stories of how previous classes did royally screw some things up. So I guess his demeanor could be explained.

Great idea, but that would cost close to three billion. (Just a guess) Money we DO NOT HAVE
And just where did you get the $3B number anyway? that is an awful big number to be pulling out of thin air. Actually, when one throws a number like that out without any justification to back it, it shows an ignorance of the process. But besides, we will NEVER have enough money to do this project the right way, therefore, we will always be putting gum in the dam. As long as lip service is paid to NY and JFK, this is what it will be. ATL gets a sparkling new international terminal... hard floors.. new lounges with shinynew flat screen computer monitors and working printers... and JFK gets new paint. The old addage applies, there's never enough time (or money) to do it the right way, but there's always enough time (or money) to do it over.... |

But terminal 4 is new. I think, again from what was said a few months ago, the cheaper way was to have all of 2 plus lengthening (maybe) or refurbished, terminal 3 gone and link to the very nice terminal 4. Thats why we got terminal 3 removed from the national historical site but I guess we didn't get the saucer removed because I was told in JFK last week the saucer stays but terminal 3 goes.
I think they'd be wise not to have any one lane alley ways in whatever they do. http://www.new-york-shuttle.com/NYC-...irport-map.gif |
Transcripciones del presidente
I don't think inter-company transcripts should be posted here but they are available from Andersons' chat yesterday.
My take on some interesting Q & A's: -No DFW hub -more MD90's part of the JAL deal (lots of fleet questions so expect a separate memo on that) -IT is a work in progress but he seemed happy with it currently -Anything CVG sounded ominous, especially with up coming base visit ......gotta cut it short gettin new carpet installed! Check out the transcripts on Deltanet. Cheers |
DAL finally broke the $13.00 mark.
