The Training Dept wants to put DGS into the Simulator as a seat filler for a pilot getting a checkride during recurrent and initial training. No medical, no license, no age limit, doesn't even have to be qualified....not a good thing. Can't even fail the DGS since he doesn't have a license but the seniority list pilot could fail because of some old geezer who hasn't been in the cockpit for years.

Cohiba, not a good thing. We need to be looking to go the other way.

I have heard some stories of those guys really putting a guy getting checked behind the eight ball.

Believe it or not, even my wife agrees with your back handed slam. She was bidding last month and wondering if she would be able to hold some 6 day trips coming up. Her statement was something like, "I should be able to hold those trips because the senior mommas won't have anyone to feed their cats for that long." Ha

Nice picture. Is that your living room or your den? LOL

I know of at least 150 Bypass guys that are ready to come back, to help relief the pressures of a HEAVY summer.

Call us we are ready:rolleyes:!

Patterns out of DTW are already flying the DC9 through ATL. Lots of CLT-ATL, ATL-FNT, ATL-DAY for the DC9.

Side Question:

I am on reserve and want to move my days off around. Where on icrew do I go to do this?

Slightly off topic but does anyone have a good way to stretch the uniform hat a little? Original hat was too big, sent it back for the next size and it is cutting off the circulation.

Its obviously the den. Very informal. Note the paper plates.

Other than buying a hat stretcher, one method is to rummage through your pots and pans and find a pan that will allow your hat to be stretched over it while you aren't using it. That will help provided you can find the right size pan.
