I know he paid somewhere around $30K for that house in the 50s.. I think... but I do not think it was his childhood home.. I could be wrong there. But I do love the story about him buying the hail damaged car...

Key to survival in the post apocalyptic/Obama world here: Get rid of your debt, and NEVER buy a new car. I've bought my last one.. ever.

It is what it is, and we will do what we can do get people over there.

With increased flying planned, more retirements, and a 22 month ROI for about 350-500 F Bombs I seriously doubt it. We just went through a horrible downturn without them, and while a volcano going off for years at a time could make it a possiblity I'd say what you're suggesting isn't even on the map.

You and I agree that getting rid of your debt is the best thing you can do for yourself and your family.

We are setting up funds for our children so they can buy houses and cars with little out of pocket expenses. Our next home will be built by us and paid for in cash. It will save at least 100K on the price. It is amazing what happens when you rid your self of consumer debt.

I hope to be totally debt free within 18 months. It is a goal.

I personally want to be in the position one day to drop most of my line and go off and do other stuff and then when I screw up that other stuff come back and pick up some trips.

:D

So ACL, do you have front end loaders on the tractor(s)? Everyone I know who owns a tractor that doesn't have a front end loaded wants a front end loader.

In 1816 they didn't have a summer. There was a History channel special about this a couple of years ago but a couple of volcanoes went off and then a big one in Indonesia. Crops were screwed up across the globe and the U.S. skipped the summer.

Year Without a Summer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So much for global warming. I don't think anything we could ever do could match that.

By the way, I was watching that video you posted and noticed the one of the Red Bull stunt plane crashing in the water? Best part it starts out with Martha MacCallumb!!!! ...

We can use ACLs front end loader!!!

The best scope language to me would be if "Delta sells the ticket, DALPA pilots fly the plane."
