Because virtual basing can reduce staffing requirements. Those bidding a virtual base can possibly get a nice QoL enhancement, but someone else will get bumped/not converted because of it...

You know the axiom "punch a girl in the face and she'll love you forever", which is what guys who don't punch girls notice about those who do, anyways, the 88 punched me in the face a long time ago. But I'm not a girl and I'm not the 88s girl, so don't even think about posting a retort along those lines. Just making an observation about a cool gig. Although I seriously wish I could get the high command to approve moving to BNA and flying the A320 out of MEM.
