That video is Awesome! Flew H-60's but never got to fly the Super CHitter! Would have been a blast!

The joke around the Marine Squadron I flew with was for the a Mech to take a two cans of black spray paint, walk backwards while spraying the paint out of each hand spitting bolts out his mouth asking... "What am I?" I'm a CH-53E!!

Yes but.. that is a one way check valve, no? IOW.. once they get 255 Barbies, they can essentially reduce mainline aircraft to ZERO, and keep all the "regionals" they have... Years ago, the codesharing formula was written this way, and I complained about it then as being utterly stupid.. only to be met with... "well.. they have never reduced the floor of international flying below (that) number of hours" Ahem.... So what's to keep the company from accelerating the retirement of gas guzzling aircraft when oil hits $100... $105... $110.... ? How many will take a paycut when the whales are parked?
