Default DAL fuel tax breaks

The state of Georgia gave DAL a tax break in 2005 on fuel. That was when DAL was in bankruptcy, but since has emerged a strong company. Sounds eerily familiar:

Isn't it typical for a legislator to say something like this:

On the other hand, State Rep.Virgil Fludd, D-Tyrone, says the tax break for Delta cost Georgia $24 million in 2010.

I mean, the gubbamint reaches into your wallet and takes out money... and when they DON'T do that.. it "costs" the taxpayers. I wonder (hypothetically of course) how much it would "cost" the taxpayers if DAL were to just up and leave for Minnesota...

Is this even English? Proofreading is a beautiful thing. Maybe you should learn how to do it?

So where in the article did you see anything about leaving MN, other than it was in a MN business paper.

Geeze!! Is anyone else having a hard time building a schedule this month? I have two weeks vacation (42 hours) and finding something in the last two weeks of in April that fits the LCW is tough. I may be an RLL in April.

Got an interesting email from the LAX reps who are getting an ear full from both planes, but primary the ER guys, about the quality of the trips.

Is anyone else having a hard time building something, or is it just us?

Ferd

PS NO Saipans in Apr for LAX............what's up with dat??

The LAX 73 trips suck as well Ferd. I've never seen anything like it here before.

Naw, let's stay in a state that actually likes and appreciates us. I think Minnesota said something about not letting the door hit us on the way out. Always was a love/hate relationship, especially after NWA broke promises up in Duluth.

Too late for this month I guess, but I wonder what (if anything) will be done for next month. Glad to see guys raising a stink.

Most interesting email I've ever gotten from the union that's for sure.

Back to pulling my hair out............what's left of it anyway
