Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Okay, if we're going to not not talk about politics then let me interject a story from my ER days.
Headed south out of JFK to GRU. Very extroverted Captain looked at me as he comes up off second break and said what do you want to talk about? Sex, politics or religion?
So for a second it looked like this in the cockpit except replace the beers with control yokes, that's me on the left, and keep the neon sign and the over the hill waitresses...

So he said and I'm not exaggerating and it was about this fast: "okay, I'll start. First, there is no God. Bush belongs in the Hague. And my son's girlfriend has the nicest ***, I know they're out there having sex in the car in the driveway so I told him from now on just to go upstairs, man I wish I could be him."
Me...

I don't think I got anything more than a grunt of some sort in that conversation.

Beats this anyways...
Odd that 80 posts a pictures that takes you back to Sir Mix A lot's tune from... damn, nearly 20 years ago, and then there is no master debating going on... here.

On that note, let's just see if I get my first flight for the month of March in before the month is over. Right now, I've logged a half an afternoon in this thing.

Which took on two of my neighbors mailboxes and lost and got stuck halfway up in the tree of another. It currently is sporting Sesame Street stickers on all surfaces. My 2 year old daughter found it mildly amusing before moving on to bigger and better things, like the broom that dada used to dislodge the thing from our own tree. But that only required a broom, not tennis balls like at the neighbors. I live on a hill, I can get 3 loops in before it lands or fly straight past the neighbors. My 2 year old loves that little $30 helicopter though, she can keep that thing flying sometimes for 20-30 seconds which is pretty good. She smiles the whole time.
I'm currently trying to see if I can score an entire page of posts to myself, except for the one from my good buddy, Ferdando. Ah, ABBA TIME!

Phase II will be the replacement of the oldest A320s with A320NEO around 2016
Delta won't buy the C-Series. Too new, To little, too late and most of all too much... Why spend 30M+ on a 130 seater, when you can pick up 160 seaters for 10M/pop. That's a lot of cash for low single digit fuel burn/seat improvements.
In this case Boeing got nothing...except for a bunch of little brothers of the 160-seater looking for a home

Cheers
George
