Love the IOP. Has it changed much in the past 20 years? Liked how it was pretty quite out there, but with a few bars and restaurants.

Carl

How do you know it wasn't from the ALPA rat?

Maybe they had a scope discussion on board.

Has anyone seen that welcome packet to Airtran guys, basically gives the overall of the pay package at Southwest? It's over in the Dal Alpa board.... Don't know how to attach it here, but it is worth checking out... Great min level to start from for the next contract.

As long as we remember that they use the 737 like we use the MD88/90, therefore, we should have 88 pay = SWA pay + whatever we tack on.

AE coming soon?

Any word on if the next AE is coming out in the next couple weeks or what might be in it?

Amen. Make it optional. The utility of the hat went out with bell bottoms.

Be a long time before this at Delta I think. Unfortunately.

Especially with this:

Frank Abagnale thinks the airline pilot hat can also be a test of authenticity.
He should know. In the 1960s, Abagnale gained notoriety for forging more than $2 million in bad checks and for adopting a variety of fake identities, including a doctor, a lawyer and, most famously, a Pan American World Airways pilot. Abagnale, whose exploits were depicted in the movie “Catch Me If You Can,” is now a fraud prevention consultant for corporations and the FBI and explained, via e-mail, why he thinks pilots should keep their hats:
The emblems on their hats, as well as their wings, are actually two of the most difficult things for someone to obtain ... removing the requirement of the hat makes it one step easier to assume the role of a pilot.”

I've had 100% success with mice using these glue traps:

Why hasn't anyone thought of the obvious solution? May 13 is promoted on Delta Net as "Take your kids to work day." There is no reason the Cat Ranchers should be excluded from participation.

The upshot is since the "children" will gorge themselves on all the cousins of Speedy Gonzales and Slowpoke Rodriquez, there will be more food left over for pilots and perhaps the FA's can cut down on a couple of the mobile refrigerators they carry to feed fluffball his normal diet of Shrimp, Steak and Poached Salmon.

Cool. Thanks

Same basic place. A lot of people went crazy building mega mansions. I just dont want to vacume 5 stories. 200' to feet wet...good enough for moi. Shrimping, fishing, and all the rest. It's what Jimmy Buffet and Zac Brown sing about. Paradise.:D
