Any chance Hurricane Irene is going to damage all of our crap at JFK?

I would love to see the airport demolished and they'd start all over from scratch.

Anyone else think that between the Eff'd up GoJet announcement and the purchase of the 739 that we've lost it.

I particularly liked the improved customer experience paragraphs in both releases. Talk about absolutely clueless!

I don't think anyone has mentioned it yet, but the scary thing is Hulas/Go Jets/ Trans State/ Compass has an order for 50 MRJs and 50 options for 70-90 seat jets. I'm not liking where this is going, first Compass, now Go Jets flying for Delta, while Delta has supposedly delayed its order for the 100 seat jets it was shopping.

Nice observation. Everyone should be aware of this.

Guys,

Our scope doesn't allow it. We need to take the contract survey when it comes out, & hammer into our Reps that scope relief is UNACCEPTABLE! It's time to bring the flying back.

I know, but I just pray that no more scope relief is given for these mrj's, in exchange for ______________......

I truly believe that the NC will not even put that in a TA. It would be career suicide for them alone.

I agree! If they even brought it up it would show how disconnected they are with the pilot group. Scope relief is an automatic no vote, I don't care what else is offered. You can have $500 an hour rates but if your job can be outsourced (top or bottom) then the rest of the contract is worthless!!!

Apparently our scope allows them to fly the 90 seat Mitsubisihis if they are on a "separate certificate".
