Similar situation. I bid a line for May, and the trips are dropped with a 4F1I code. Am I liable for a TOE on my off days?

Not sure if ya'll have heard about the helicopters that were used in the insert/extraction of the SEALs in the operation to kill Osama...

They wrecked one of them, and instead of leaving the carcass in place like usual, they blew it up. Why? This is a picture of a portion of the wreckage left after the blast:

I certainly don't recognize that as a part of any helo that I know of... May very well be unacknowledged technology. Pretty cool!

Long ago and far away we had Bill Brown and the 96 contract with the 500 early outs. The MEC in those days was completely and totally corrupt. It can and does happen right here at Mother D. Take a look at the "Ryan Report" some day.
No argument from me.

(USA Today) -- Hong Kong Airlines is asking its flight crews to learn a form of kung fu, something the carrier hopes will help its staff deal with drunk and unruly passengers, AFP reports.

AFP writes "Hong Kong Airlines said all staff had been invited to undergo training in wing chun -- a form of kung fu used in close-range combat -- but it was only compulsory for cabin crew, the Sunday Morning Post (of Hong Kong) reported."
