I simply go to google images, right click on COPY IMAGE LOCATION and then I type out [img] and paste that copied location and then end it with a [/img]

For instance:

Will do. The actual picture in that line starts with the http and ends with .jpg. The pictures will always end with a .jpg or .gif or something, at least most will.

USER CP > SETTINGS & OPTIONS > EDIT AVATAR and like any other pic copy and paste the image location (do not copy pic but select COPY IMAGE LOCATION) and put in the address window under:
By the way, be careful using pictures from facebook. I remember when 80 did that, it goofed up and just put his name on the post. :D
