Dr. Gordon in the Plymouth area was by far the best.

March bucket ranges are finally out. Not like it mattered.

DALPA to junior pilots: We heard you loud and clear. Thanks for your feedback! But let's get one thing thing straight--we don't give a $#!+ what you have to say. We believe in paying senior pilots not to fly.

It also means a lot of really senior pilots bid reserve. Look at the march WR B wide reports. Reserve went crazy senior. Very junior pilots in category got lines.

The point from all levels of seniority was that seniority needs to matter in reserve. Well it does. It also means that plots are going to bid down to a seat thy can hold senior reserve or a line. I know I am looking at doing it.

5 years of screaming that reserve no longer respected seniority. Make a change partially back in that direction from the 1113 contract and now screaming that reserve respects seniority. The joke about having to work every Thursday really is true.

I agree. It is less of a benefit to me today but at some time down the road it will be. Seniority once again plays a roll and this does take a step back forthere's union pilots. There will be junior pilots in category that get the short end of the stick. Again, SENIORITY MATTERS, as it should, period.
