I agree with you. It's more proof that the regional MEC's and ALPA national had a hand in writing our Section 1 opener. This should come as no surprise. The Ford-Cooksey lawsuit settlement requires it, and Moak's first letter to us after being elected president said: 'We will use all the tools at our disposal to ensure contracts are not self-interested, but rather reflect what is best for the entire industry as a whole'.

But that didn't happen FIIGMO. Now what?

I never mentioned or even hinted at DPA in any part of my post. Why be irritated about something I never said?

Carl

No I did not mean to infer that you did project anything from the DPA side, my speak on that section sorry if that was the way it was read. That was more of a pre-emptive volley on my opinion that DPA is not here so it is moot at this point to conjecture anything from the DPA house. They are trying to organize and that is all.

Also, for me personally, JV and Scope are Career Critical!!l

I will be the first to strike if those issues are not addressed for the preservation of the career. When it comes to those issues for me, I have nothing to lose at this point. May as well quit rather than endure more suck....

Are they going to make us suffer all weekend in suspense or put the results out by close of business tomorrow?

Unlike you, I was polite as always.

I can only guess you came in somewhere in the middle, and missed my earlier explanation?

But he is a straight up Nazi when it comes to protecting -his- parking lot! :D

It's probably already done, now they have to go through and 'proof read' it, and then tweak it if they don't like how many training events the waterfall creates. They can adjust the amount of backfilling done, run it again and again, just like PBS, until they get the numbers they want.

Still, as it's a pretty small bid, so I would expect to see it published NLT tomorrow, 5pm.

Hey, did you see Tebow on TV last night?

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. It was a repeat from just before the Super Bowl, he was in Indy. I'm guessing that's about as close to the Super Bowl Tebow is going to get for awhile!

And was Payton Manning really in Denver last week, talking to them? That's gotta hurt!

Alright, it's getting warm and windy out, I'm going sailing now. T2,when you coming down for some cat sailing?

Amish Pilot 03-15-2012 08:59 AM

I've been displaced for 57 mins, when are they going to tell me what I get to do next?

You meant unlike PBS. The company cannot change the parameters of the PBS program without DALPA's PBS committee consent. We have a lot more control over PBS than any other pilot group at any airline in the US.
