I doubt $200K/mo. That'd probably mean the airplanes are being acquired for $20M each figuring the industry standard 1% of value per month. Now 2 airplanes for $20M sounds like a better deal.

But who says we have to pay for them? There is stuff that can be negotiated, we have stuff they want. It's not always about money.
But knowing them, they probably want too much stuff.
I'm sure Delta, Boeing and Southwest have all been sexting their ideas for a year and half or more.

We got sims. They're in MSP for now.

Don't pile on the messenger, this is just some wild rumor I heard from an AT guy. I thought it was kinda funny.

Anyone know an easy (preferably cheap) transit from March Air Reserve Base (Riverside, CA) to LAX?

Thanks,

GJ

Ferd, I'm still buzzin' from the beers I had with the 717 sim guru here in the ATL. He lives a block away from me. Boeing owns the 717 sims and their Alteon branch provides the service in Atlanta. Plenty of sims available locally. I'm sure we could still use those sims and the service from Alteon and use our instructors. That's a fact jack!.......n coke.
