True but the argument could be made the odds of attending that are so small on an individual basis that one can’t plan on it at all.

Paying for and attending Delta’s ATP-CTP program seems to be the third way to get your app scored. I would guess it results in the highest rate of interview invitations.

Having a current pilot walk your app in will not help you at all. In fact, they will be turned away at the door.

The only way to have your app scored is to have a current pilot recommend you outside of Airline Apps. There are directions on DeltaNet that explains the process. Delta will have 30 days to score your app. This score is your official score for 1 year so make sure you app in squared away and looking sharp.

Per their Facebook page, Delta will not be holding a Hiring Expo this year. They will be attending the Aero Crew Solutions Virtual Job Fair on Friday, April 19th. Delta will present at 11:45 AM EDT and then answer questions on their chat board until 4 PM EDT. If you miss the live presentation, it will be recorded. Delta is looking forward to seeing everyone at this event.

If you attend the virtual job fair, your application will not be scored. To register for the FREE virtual job fair visit: aerocrewsolutions.vfairs.com

If you have a question about the event, send us an email, PM or post them below. Good luck to everyone.

Not saying you’re wrong but... according to official communications it is not a way.

Why are you even interviewing? Seems like you've mastered military flying and tired cliches. General officer seems like the next logical step.

I’m not sure how you got that impression. The quote is from one of my favorite books. The “?” is seeking clarification on what he’s saying there. I don’t have anything figured out. Just trying to do my best to start the next chapter.

The only way to get your app scored as officially mentioned by the Delta Pilot Selection team is via internal Rec or attending the Delta in person job fair that they hold on the ATL campus.

Even thought they don’t mention the DAL ATP CTP, the results have shown that if you attend that course, interview invites follow...sometimes within 48hrs of course completion. My personal date: 4 squadron buddies all used the DAL ATP CTP...all got invited to interview within 24-72 hours of completion.
