Last time they put out a memo a few months ahead of time announcing we would be hiring a few hundred. The memo's lately regarding staffing have a barely restrained (imo) tone. I think they know they're going to crank up the machine, but just can't announce it officially for whatever reason (budget, potential merger, etc....)

Don't punish the poor guy just because Vandy got your coach fired. Plus, I'm not a good indicator of Vandy. Most Vandy grads are smart and have good social skills.....

My close friends think I am crazy to think about leaving the job I have now. But, as good as my job is, it could end any day. There is something to say about flying for a company who's business plan involves flying airplanes...... my company would continue their day to day business without our planes. There might be some spoiled execs upset about having to airline,
